Thank you for being here! I believe it’s the little moments in life that mean the most, like the comforting smell of freshly baked sourdough bread and that first delicious bite that feels like a warm hug. Sourdough baking is incredibly fun and deeply satisfying, and you don't have to miss out on this experience just because you can't eat gluten. My gluten-free journey began about a decade ago when I was diagnosed with celiac disease. Combining my background in nutrition and chemistry with my love for experimentation, I've developed gluten-free recipes that don't compromise on taste or quality. In addition to being gluten-free, my recipes are free from gums, eggs and dairy. I really hope you like my products, and thank you so much for supporting my business. It means the world to me!! :)
